Main duties:
- General Administrative Duties
· To take charged of sending and recording of outgoing mails
· To do simple typing of letters/forms

· To get teachers’ MCs and maintain attendance register
· To do filing of personnel documentsFinance
· To assist in the collection of school fees from cash paying pupils
· To collect and maintain record of lost and found money
· To assist in counting money (whenever necessary)
· To assist CSO to get signature for payment vouchersOthers
· To be in-charged of booking transportation for excursions, CCA and special school functions
· To assist AM in P1 registration & orientation
· To print nametags/security access passes for pupils/staff
· To record names of pupils who are sick before they are allowed to go to the sickbay
· To maintain records of pupils who leave the school early
· To attend to sick/injured pupils in the sickbay
· To take charge of updating school organisational board whenever there is new staff
· To do general filing of documents for P/VPs/AMs/CSOs & maintain the office filing system
· To handle pupil transfers as and when necessary
· To assist CSO in Financial Assistance Scheme matters
· To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Principal, Vice-principal, HODs, Admin. Mgr and the Senior CSO.

The following criteria must be met:
1)Must have minimum 5 “O” level passes
2)Computer literate
3)At least 3 years working experience in a school office environment
